Hammam benefits


The benefits of the hammam are many. The temperature and humidity inside the hammam favor sweating and therefore the expulsion of toxins, favoring the hydration of the respiratory tract and making the skin more elastic and luminous. It also promotes cell turnover, which occurs through the energetic scrub carried out on the epidermis. The heat then releases muscle tension, relaxes the mind and develops endorphins, thus promoting psychophysical well-being. And again, the heat causes vasodilation, promoting circulation and, through the dilated pores of the skin, also the elimination of toxins. When I left the hammam, I didn't stop stroking my skin for at least a week, it was so smooth and soft.
