Think about the possibility of subscribing to a policy that will reimburse you for the trip in case of (flight cancellation, flight loss, accident, illness, etc.)

BOOKING

Refundable Rates

Free cancellation 30 days before arrival.

The customer must provide credit card information as a guarantee.

The card is charged (100% of the amount of the reservation) 30 days before Customer arrival and the reservation amount cannot be refunded.  

Non Refundable Rates

The full amount will not be refundable. 

 The Customer provides credit card information which is immediately charged for 100% of the amount of the reservation.

EXCLUSIVE  (whole Hotel)

50% Refundable Rates

Cancellation of 50% of the total amount, 30 days before arrival.

The customer provides credit card information which is immediately charged for 50% of the total amount of the reservation (this deposit is non refundable).

30 days before Customer arrival the balance (remaining 50% of the total amount of the reservation) is due: the credit card is charged and the reservation after that day becomes non refundable.

Non Refundable Rates

The full amount will not be refundable.

The customer provides credit card information which is immediately charged for 100% of the amount of the reservation.

COVID-19 POLICY

In case of lockdown, in Morocco or Customer home country, we will issue a voucher for the same service only to the end customer (non-transferable) valid for 12 months for the total amount paid (total rent or deposit depending on the type of booking).
